7 slices wholemeal bread
100 g carrots
200 g cream cheese (or Gervais)
100 g almonds (grated)
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
chives (chopped)
black olives
salt and pepper
Peel and grate carrots. Squash in a dishtowel.
Mix well cream cheese, salt, pepper, carrots, almonds and parsley.
Cut bread slices into squares. Form balls of the cream and place them
upon
the bread. Garnish with olives and chives.
