Mix sour cream and crème fraiche. Squeeze the coleslaw and drain. Wash
and slice the radishes and finely slice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan
and fry the meat loaf on both sides. Wash the lettuce and drain well.
Cut open the bread rolls, spread the mustard cream on the cut surface,
cover the undersides with the meat loaf, lamb's lettuce, coleslaw,
radishes and onions. Place the upper bread halves on top and arrange. |
