LACHSFILET  mit  BASILIKUMOBERSSAUCE 

Salmon Filet with Basil Sauce

4 salmon filets
2 tbsp. butter
salt, pepper, lemon juice
2 gloves of garlic
100 ml white wine
20 basil leaves
250 ml cream

 

 

Peel gloves of garlic and puree them with wine and basil. Mix well sauce and cream let all simmer over medium heat about 15 minutes. Stir regularly. Remove from oven, fold in butter and season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
Season salmon filets with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan.

 

       Side dish: salted potatoes
