Couscous Shrimps Pan

300 g cooked prawns (frozen)
3 tbs.p olive oil
500 g Italian vegetables (frozen)
150 g couscous
1 tbsp. herbal mixture
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (light)
salt pepper



Mix the herbs with 3 tbsp. of oil and season with salt and pepper.
Defrosting the prawns. Fry frozen vegetables in 1 tbsp. of oil over high heat for 4 minutes. Reduce to medium heat and fry for another 7 minutes. Stir now and then.
Rinse the shrimps and pat dry add for the last 3 minutes.
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions and season with salt and pepper.
Deglaze the vegetables with vinegar. Fold in the couscous and heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with herbal oil and serve.
