CREPES  mit  RÄUCHERLACHS 

Crepes with Smoked Salmon

Crepes
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter (liquid)
250 ml milk
100 g flour
2 El chives
oil

Covering
250 g of fresh cheese
1 splash of lemon juice
2 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. horseradisch
200 g smoked salmon slices
pepper

 

 

Scramble eggs, salt, flour, butter and milk to a smooth dough, cover and abandon for 15 minutes. Mix well cream cheese with lemon juice, chives and horseradish. Season with pepper.
Add the chives to the dough and stir. Bake 4 crepes in a pan.
Sprinkle with some fresh cheese and cover with smoked salmon. Serve the other cream.
