Scramble eggs, salt, flour, butter and milk to a smooth
dough, cover and abandon for 15 minutes. Mix well cream cheese with
lemon juice, chives and horseradish. Season with pepper.
Add the chives to the dough and stir. Bake 4 crepes in a pan.
Sprinkle with some fresh cheese and cover with smoked salmon. Serve the
other cream. |
