LACHS  mit PAPRIKASAUCE

Salmon with Red Pepper Sauce

500 g salmon fillet
600 broccoli
1 onion
4 yellow peppers
400 ml soup (cube)
200 g rice
2 tsp. paprika powder
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Divide broccoli into florets, wash and boil in salted water until al dente (about 6 minutes). Pour off, refresh with cold water and let drain.
Peel and chop onion. Wash and dice the peppers. Place peppers and onion in a saucepan, douse with soup and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Puree peppers, season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the broccoli and keep warm.
Divide salmon into portions, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the salmon on both sides.
Serve with sauce and rice.
