FISCHAUFSTRICH  

Fish Spread

120 g marinated herring filets
6 anchovies filets
200 g cream cheese
1 tbsp. capers (chopped)
1 tbsp. dill (finely chopped)
pepper

 

 

Cut herring filets into small cubes. Copp finely anchovies filets. Mix well cream cheese, capers and dill. Fold in anchovies und season to taste with pepper.
