Wash fish, cut into bite size pieces and season with
salt and pepper. Peel onion and ginger and chop finely. Wash broccoli
and cut into florets.
Heat oil in a saucepan and sautée onion and ginger. Add curry powder and
grated almonds and sautée briefly. Douse with soup, add broccoli and
boil uncovered about 7 minutes.
Stir in yogurt and bring to a boil. Fold in fish pieces and simmer
covered for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry
powder. |
