Salmon Cucumber Appetizers

1 / 2 cucumber
a few lettuce leaves
100 g whipped cream
2-3 El horseradish (fresh grated)
200 g smoked salmon
caviar and dill



Wash cucumber and cut into 12 thick slices. Wash lettuce and let drain. Beat cream until stiff and fold in horseradish. Cut salmon into small slices. Cover cucumber slices with salad and salmon. Squirt horseradish cream with a pastry bag upon the appetizers. Garnish with dill and caviar.
