4 salted herrings 1 onion 2 apples 1 gherkin 2 eggs (hard boiled) 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. capers 1 / 2 lemon pepper
Water well salted herrings and chop into small pieces, peel apples, remove core and chop them. Chop gherkin, eggs, capers and onion too. Add oil and mix well. Then fold in salted herrings and season with pepper and lemon.
