Cod with Green Beans

4 cod steaks or fillets (á 180g)
600 g green beans
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
12 slices of bacon
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Wash green beans, cook until al dente, and refresh with cold water. Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
Season fish with salt and pepper and fry on both sides. Fry 10 minutes more in the oven.
Sauté the garlic in a pan with some oil, add green beans and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry slices of bacon in a pan without oil, then drain.
Arrange fish on the green bean and top with the bacon.
