LACHS  mit  BROKKOLI  PAPRIKA  SAUCE 

Salmon with Red Pepper Broccoli Sauce

Ingredients for 2 persons

600 g broccoli
4 yellow peppers
400 ml vegetable soup
1 onion
200 g long grain rice
200 g salmon fillet
salt, pepper, oil
2 tsp. paprika powder

   

 

Divide broccoli into florets and wash them. Peel the onion and chop coarsely. Wash and dice peppers.
Boil peppers and onion with the soup until tender, about 15 minutes.
Cook rice. Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 5 Minunten, rinse cold and drain.
Puree peppers and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Keep rice warm.
Divide salmon into 2 portions, spice with salt and pepper and fry on both sides.
Serve with sauce and rice.
