Divide broccoli into florets and wash them. Peel the
onion and chop coarsely. Wash and dice peppers.
Boil peppers and onion with the soup until tender, about 15 minutes.
Cook rice. Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 5 Minunten, rinse
cold and drain.
Puree peppers and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Keep rice warm.
Divide salmon into 2 portions, spice with salt and pepper and fry on
both sides.
Serve with sauce and rice. |
