Salmon on Salad

600 g salmon filet
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 chilli pepper (chopped)
1 tsp. ginger (chopped)
150 g roasted red peppers (jar), chopped
sesame oil
salad
1 small chinese cabbage or iceberg salad
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp. sesame oil

 

 

Mix well soy sauce, honey, chilli pepper, red peppers and ginger.
Divide salmon into 4 portions and remove skin. Fry filets in sesame oil and keep warm. Cut salad into small stripes and mix well with parsley, carlic, some sesame oil and soy sauce.
Sauteé salad in the "fish pan" one minute.
Arrange salmon filets on salat with chili-ginger sauce.
