Wash green beans, boil them in salted water until tender
and refresh with cold water. Let them drain and cut into bite-size
pieces.
Mix well sour cream, 1 tsp. lemon juice, mashed garlic, mustard, salt,
pepper and dill. Fold in green beans.
Wash salad and marinade with 1 tsp. lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and
pepper.
Place salad on plates and serve with green beans and smoked salmon. |
