Smoked Salmon with Green Beans

400 g green beans
200 g sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. dill (choped)
1 clove of garlic
200 g mixed green salad
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
200 g smoked salmon
salt, pepper

 

 

Wash green beans, boil them in salted water until tender and refresh with cold water. Let them drain and cut into bite-size pieces.
Mix well sour cream, 1 tsp. lemon juice, mashed garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and dill. Fold in green beans.
Wash salad and marinade with 1 tsp. lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Place salad on plates and serve with green beans and smoked salmon.
