Salmon Marinaded

4 salmon fillets or steaks
Vinaigrette
juice of 1 lemon
250 ml olive oil
Garnish
parsley
chives

 

 

Marinade salmon filets in vinaigrette for 30 minutes. Heat some butter in a pan and fry salmon fillets bothsides by medium heat for 10 minutes each side.
Add rest of marinade and stew some minutes.
Spice with salt and garnish with choped parsley and chives.
