Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

2 salmon steaks or fillets
2 potatoes
1 carrot
3 spring onions with green
1 fennel bulb
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
oil, salt, pepper
1 lemon



Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Roasted vegetables: Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Wash the vegetables and chop them. Heat oil in a pan, fry potatoes around, add carrots.
Add remaining vegetables and roast over high heat, add garlic and salt and pepper. Then keep warm.
Cut spring onions into small pieces. Fry salmon on both sides in a frying pan. Add finally spring onions and fry briefly.
