150 g cream cheese
100 g smoked salmon
1 tbsp. mineral water
1 tsp. lemon juice
30 g corn salad
pumpernickel
salt, pepper, dill
Mash salmon (something put aside for garnish), cream
cheese, mineral water and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover bread with lettuce. Apply salmon cream and garnish with dill and
pieces of salmon.
