Matie Bite 

2 apples
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
4 matie filets
4 slices pumpernickel (black bread)
100 g cream cheese
salt, pepper
1 punch dill

 

 

Do not peel apples, cut them into 1 cm slices, halve them and remove seeds.
Wash bell peppers, remove seeds and dice them.
Cut matie filets into 3 cm pieces.
Cover pumpernickel with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with dill. Quarter bread slices and cover with apple, then with matie filet and at last with bell peppers. Fix sith picks.
