Pepper Fish

8 fish filets
4 gloves of garlic
1 lemon
150 g butter
3 tbsp. brandy
3 tsp. green peppercorns (pickled)
4 tbsp. olive oil
8 tbsp. bread crumbs
salt, pepper

 

 

Preheat oven to 200° C.
Season fish filets with salt, crashed garlic and lemon juice.
Mix well butter, brandy and peppercorns and season with salt and pepper.
Cover a baking plate with oil and heat in oven. Place fish filets upon and roast them in oven about 5 minutes. Turn around filets, cover with breadcrumbs and place small peaces of pepperbutter upon. Fry all 6-8 minutes more.
