KARTOFFELPUFFER  mit  LACHS  und  SALSA    

Potato Pancakes with Salmon and Salsa

1 egg
1kg of potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cucumber
1 bunch of radishes
2 shallots
4 bunch of dill
7 tbsp. oil
juice from 1/2 lemon
sugar, salt, pepper

 

 

Wash and chop cucumber and radishes finely. Peel and chop the shallots. Chop dill finely. Mix well with 4 tbsp. oil and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Peel and grate potatoes. Press mass and place in a bowl. Stir in flour and egg, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Form loafes and fry them golden brown both sides.
Serve pancakes with salmon, salsa and a little sour cream, garnish with dill.

 

         Tip: it should go quickly, use TK potato pancakes.
