Wash and chop cucumber and radishes finely. Peel and
chop the shallots. Chop dill finely. Mix well with 4 tbsp. oil and lemon
juice. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Peel and grate potatoes. Press mass and place in a bowl. Stir in flour
and egg, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Form loafes and fry
them golden brown both sides.
Serve pancakes with salmon, salsa and a little sour cream, garnish with
dill. |
