REISPFANNE  mit  MEERESFRÜCHTEN

 Rice Pan with Seafood

300 g seafood (possibly frozen)
600 g rice (cooked and cooled)
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch spring onions
1 cucumber
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
fish sauce, salt, pepper

   

 

Defrost the seafood, wash and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the spring onions and cut into 3 cm pieces. Wash and peel the cucumber, halve lengthways, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and roughly dice.Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic. Add the seafood and fry for a few minutes. Stir in the rice, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions. Stir-fry for a further 5 minutes. Flavour with salt, pepper and fish sauce. Serve garnished with parsley.

 

           Serve with: chilli sauce and soy sauce to taste
