. Sprinkle fish fillets with lemon juice, spice with
salt and pepper and let them sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Cut
onion finely, red paprika into cubes. Peel tomatoes, remove seeds and
them into small cubes. Cover fillets with flour and heat oil in a pan
and fry fish fillets on both sides. Remove fillets than and keep warm.
Add onion and stew until translucent. Add paprika cubes to the onions
and stew them for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add now tomatoe juice,
soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Bring to the boil once, fold in tomatoe
cubes, paprika powder and season to taste with salt and pepper. |
