Cook potatoes, peel them and wrap round bacon slices.
Fry them all around and kepp warm. Sautée onion and mushrooms, douse
with wine and boil down. Add beef stock and boil down again. Add and
blend cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Cook sugar snaps until they habe a slight bit, strain them and season to
taste with a mixture of 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp. sugar.
Spice fish filets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover on both sides
with flour and fry them. |
