Curry with Turkey Stripes

Ingredients for 2 people

400 g turkey meat
1 onion
200 ml whipped cream
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. flour
salt, pepper, curry


Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry them. Add the onion and fry it.
Dust with flour and continue to fry until the meat is lightly browned.
Stir in the whipped cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and curry.
