Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Rub the duck inside with salt and marjoram, outside with salt.
Core apples and fill the duck with the unpeeled apples. Then tie with
string. Place the duck with the breast to the bottom in a oiled pan and
roast in oven.
Douse regularly with gravy and pour some water eventually. Turn after
half of the cooking time (approx. 40 minutes).
Keep the duck warm. Drain some of the fat, dust with flour and douse
with soup. Simmer briefly and season to taste with salt and pepper. |
