MARINIERTE   HÜHNERBRUST 

Marinaded Chicken Filet

1 chicken filets
Marinade
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
thyme, rosemary
6 tbsp. olive oil
Corn Salad
200 g corn (canned)
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion
1 tomatoe
balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt

 

Marinade: chop garlic finely and mix well with the other ingredients. Place chicken filets into marinade, cover and marinade them in refrigerator overnight.
Corn Salad: Cut spring onion into small rings, chop garlic finely, remove seed from tomatoe and dice it. Mix well with all ingredients and season to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
Remove chicken filets and fry them on both sides.

Side dish: parsley puree
