Puree for the pesto basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic
and salt until smooth.
Stir in the grated cheese.
Fry the chicken breast fillets in oil for about 10 minutes and then cut
into cubes. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water and place in a
preheated bowl. Add the meat cubes and pesto. Season everything with
pepper and salt. |
