Chicken Legs on Baking Plate

6 chicken thighs
1kg of potatoes
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. honey
4 tomatoes
500 ml beef stock
salt, pepper, paprika powder
cayenne pepper, thyme
olive oil

 

Cut chicken legs in the middle into two portions. Peel the potatoes and cut in half or quarters depending on size.
Peel the onions and cut in half, chop garlic finely. Mix potatoes, onions and garlic with 3 tbsp. olive oil and the spices.
Heat soy sauce, ketchup and honey in a saucepan, stir well.
Spice chicken legs with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Place on a plate and sprinkle with the marinade on both sides.
Add potato mixture and fry in the oven at 180 °.
After 15 minutes douse with soup from time to time. After another 15 minutes add the tomatoes.
After 65 minutes in all remove from oven and serve.
