HÜHNERPFANNE  mit  SCHARFER  SAUCE

Chicken Pan with Hot Sauce

750 g chicken fillet
2 green peppers
250 g bean sprouts
1 lemon
3 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. sambal olek
Salt, pepper, sugar

 

Cut the meat into pieces, wash the peppers and also cut them into pieces. Wash and drain the sprouts. Wash the lemon and cut into wedges.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat and pepper for about 10 minutes, add the sprouts and lemon and fry for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the tomato ketchup, tomato paste and sambal olek well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve the sauce with the pan.
