HUHN  ZUCCHINI  RAGOUT

Chicken Zucchini Stew

4 chicken fillets
4 zucchini
400 g penne
125 ml creme fraiche
200 ml chicken soup (cube)
3 tbsp. oil
salt, pepper, nutmeg

 

 

Boil penne in salted water firme to the bite, strain and drain.
Cut chicken filets and zucchini into small cubes and sear them.
Deglaze with the soup, bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir in creme fraiche and let simmer.
Add the noodles and mix well. Season to taste.
