Chicken Roll

4 rolls
300 g chicken escalopes (deep frozen)
200 g Chinese cabbage
3 tbsp. yogurt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1 / 2 lemon
1 bunch of chives
salt and pepper


Cook chicken escalopes according to package directions. Cut Chinese cabbage into thin strips, wash and drain well.
Mix yogurt with mayonnaise and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Chop chives. Mix salad with chives and yogurt marinade.
Cut open rolls, garnish with chicken escalopes and salad. Replace cover and serve.
