HÜHNERBRUST  in  TOMATEN  OBERS  SAUCE

Chicken in Tomatoe Cream Sauce

4-6 chickenbreasts (skin- and boneless)
200 g boiled pasta
200 g boiled potatoes
200 g Gouda or Gorgonzola (grated)
250 ml cream
1 can tomtatoes (skinless and mashed)
flour, paprikapowder, salt, pepper

 

 

Coat a baking dish with oil or butter. Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices.Cut chicken breasts into thin slices, spice with salt and pepper and cover both sides with flour and paprika powder. Lay chicken in the baking dish, alternately with layer pasta and potatoes and sprinkling with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper between each layer. Mix well tomatoe puree and cream, spice with salt and pepper and pour over the mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven (200°C) for about 45 minutes.
