GEGRILLTE  HÜHNERBRUST   m.  TOMATEN   RADIESCHEN   DIP  

Grilled Chicken Breast

lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 glove of garlic
2 tbsp. chili oil
4 chicken filets
300 g tomatoes
1 red onion
8 radishes
1 bunch coriander ( or some dried)
1 green chili
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Peel garlic and press them into the halfe of lemon juice. Stir in chili oil. Salt filets, cover with lemon marinade and let them marinade some hours. Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and stalks and dice them. Chop onion and radishes into small cubes. Chop coriander too. Remove seeds of the chili and dice it. Mix well tomatoes, onion, coriander, chili, olive oil and the rest of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Grill filets both sides about 15-20 minutes.
