Turkey with Oven Vegetable

250 g potatoes
250 g courgette (zucchini)
3 tbsp. olive oil
300 g turkey breast
3 gloves of garlic
12 cherry tomatoes
salt, pepper, rosmary

 

Preheat oven to 200°
Boil potatoes 10 minutes. Cover baking plate with baking paper. Peel potatoes, halve them lengthwise and halve or quarter them. Cut zucchini into 4cm peaces. Cover potatoes with oil and spice them with salt, pepper and rosmary. Place potatoes on 2/3 of the baking plate and crisp them in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.
Cut turkey breast into 2 cm cubes and spice with salt, pepper and mashed garlic.
Add zucchini, tomatoes and turkey cubes to the potatoes and bake all 20 minutes longer.

 

     Side Dish: mustard sauce
