PUTEN  CHILI

Chilli with Turkey

500 g trukey breast
400 g onions
5 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1-2 tsp. paprika powder
1 tbsp. chilli spice
1 tbsp. vinegar
500 ml chicken soup (cube)
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli pepper
400 g red beans (canned)
salt, pepper

 

 

Cut turkey breast into 2 cm cubes. Peel and chop onions. Fry meat on every side and remove. Fry in the same pot onions until golden brown. Reduce heat, stir in tomato pure and paprika powder, douse with vinegar and soup and bring to the boil.
Add meat, season with salt, pepper, chilli spice and mashed garlic. Simmer covered for about 30 minutes.
Remove seeds from chilli pepper and dice finely. Rinse off beans with cold water and let them drain. Stir beans and chilli peppers into the ragout and season to taste with salt and pepper.
