Turkey Rolled Roast

1 kg turkey rolled roast
1 punch greens
1 onion
750 ml beef stock (cube)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. tomato puree
salt, pepper, oil
10 sage leaves

 

 

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Chop onion and greens. Season meat with salt and pepper.
Fry meat in a roasting dish all around, remove and keep warm.
Now fry greens, tomatoe puree and onion. Sprinkle with flour and add sage leaves, mix well and douse with 250 ml beef stock.
Add turkey rolled roast and let all cook in oven about 75 minutes.
From time to time douse with gravy and add the rest of beef stock.
Remove meat, decant gravy and season to taste with salt.

 

       Side dish: rice
