Spicy Turkey Potato Pot

500 g of turkey meat
3 cloves of garlic
3 onions
1 kg of potatoes
200 g carrots
2 tbsp. cream
100 ml sour cream
50 g soft cheese
1 liter of soup (cube)
salt, pepper, oil, paprika powder (hot)
cumin, cayenne pepper

 

Cut meat into cubes and fry in oil. Peel and dice onion and add to the meat. Peel garlic and squeeze it. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Add the vegetables to the meat, sauté, douse with soup and simmer about 25 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, cumin and cayennepepper.
Add the cream and soft cheese and melt it.

 

     Side dish: salad, pita bread, baguette
