800 g green beans
1 onion
100 g bacon
250 g minced meat
250 g carrots
500 g potatoes
1-2 l beef stock (cube)
2 tbsp. oil
marjoram, salt, pepper
Cut bacon and onion into cubes and sauteé them. Douse
with soup and season. Cut carotts, potatoes and green beans and add
them. Simmer all, until potatoes are tender.
Spice minced meat, season and form small dumplings. Heat oil and fry
dumplings.
