Grilled  Pumpkin

800 g pumpkin (peeled and seeds removed)
150 g ham
150 g salami (cuted into fine slices)
3 tbsp. balsamico vinegar
each 1 tsp. oregano, thyme, rosmary (all dried)
200 ml olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (peeled)
salt, pepper

 

 

Preheat oven to 220° celsius.
Cut pumpkin into small stripes, season with salt and pepper. Cover baking sheet with a little bit of oil and place pumpkin stripes upon. Put garlic into olive oil, mix well and spread pumpkin slices. Sprinkle with oregano, thyme, rosmary.
Place baking sheet into the oven for 25 minutes. Arrange pumpkin on a dish, sprinkle with balsamico and serve with ham and salami.
Tip: side grilled pumpkin to fried meat.
