GEMÜSETOPF  mit  FASCHIERTEM

Pottage with Minced

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
500 g minced beef
1 tsp. oregano (dried)
3 kl.Zucchini
1.7 liters beef stock (cube)
200 g tomatoes (canned)
120 g vermicelli
50 g parmesan
salt and pepper

 

 

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Cut zucchini into thin slices. Drain and chop coarsely tomatoes.
Heat butter and oil in a pot and brown over medium heat onion and garlic. Add minced meat and fry while stirring about 10 minutes.
Add zucchini and oregano, douse with soup and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and pasta and simmer until the noodles are tender. Season to taste and serve with grated cheese.
