Cucumber Niblets

About 30 pieces

2 cucumbers
1 red, yellow and green bell pepper
200 g quark
150 g potatoes (boiled)
1 tbsp. herbs
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper



Peel cucumbers and cut them into 1 cm slices. Wash bell peppers, remove seeds and dice them finely.
Peel potatoes, grate them and mix well with quark and herbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper and mashed garlic.
Place creme upon cucumber slices with a piping bag and garnish with bell pepper cubes.
