GURKEN  PFANNE  

Cucumber Pan

750 g cucumbers
2 onions
500 g mince
125 ml beef stock (cube)
250 ml sour cream
salt, pepper, dill

 

 

Cut cucumber into small pieces. Peel onions, chop finely and braise lightly in oil. Add mince and fry them until crumbly. Add cucumber cubes, fry some minutes and douse with beef stock and sour cream. Stir well and simmer about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and dill. Maybe refine with a stock cube.

 

       Side dish: rice, baguette, pasta
