KARFIOL  BROKKOLI  GEMÜSE   

Cauliflower Broccoli

1 small. cauliflower
400 g broccoli
200 g carrots
200 g ham
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
250 ml cream
125 ml milk
120 g Emmental cheese (grated)
nutmeg, salt, pepper

 

 

Remove strunk and leaves of cauliflower, divide into florets and wash them. Wash broccoli, drain, and remove the leaves from the florets.
Remove thick stalks. Peel carrots and cut into small cubes. Boil up salted water and boil the caulifloretts 4 minutes. Then
add carrots and broccoli florets and simmer another 5 minutes. Strain and leave to drain. Cut ham into strips.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Heat the butter slightly, add flour and fry light. Douse with cream and milk and simmer while stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and with season to taste
with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Set aside. Place vegetables in a baking dish, cover with strips of ham and pour over the cheese sauce. Gratinate in the oven for about 15 minutes until crispy.
