Boil potatoes, peel and dice them. Dice sausage and ham
too. Cut leek into slices. Cut kohlrabi into cubes and carrots into
slices. Sautee sausage and ham, cover with leeks, kohlrabi and carotts.
Douse with beef stock and simmer about 30 minutes. Add potatoes, season
with salt, pepper and herbs and simmer all about 10 minutes more. |
