KARTOFFEL  GEMÜSE  PFANNE

Potato Vegetable Pan

600 g potatoes
1 red and 1 yellow pepper
300 g sausage
2 small leeks
2 tbsp. oil
50 g olives
1 bunch of chives
salt pepper

 

 

Boil and peel potatoes and cut into half. Wash peppers and cut into pieces, sausage and leeks into rings. Heat oil and fry sausages, vegetables, olives and potatoes about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cut chives into rings and sprinkle over the pan.
