Pumpkin Pan

1.5 kg Hokkaido
200 g spring onions
400 g minced meat
salt, pepper, oil
cumin

 

 

Remove seeds and cut pumpkin into slices. Wash spring onions and cut into rings. Divide pumpkin slices into portions and fry each in a large pan about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
Heat 1 tbsp. oil and fry the minced meat 10 minutes. After 5 minutes add onions. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Fold in pumpkin slices and serve.

 

         Side dish: white bread
