Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into bite-sized
cubes, slice the peeled carrots. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic,
slice cabanossi.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large pot and fry the onion and garlic. Add the
kohlrabi and potatoes and fry briefly. Pour in hot vegetable soup, bring
to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes add the
sausage.
Refine the finished stew with cream, bring to the boil and season with
salt and pepper. |
