Orecchiette with Sprouts

Ingredients for 2 people

350 g sprouts
150 g Orecchiette
150 ml whipped cream
3 cloves of garlic
50 g bacon slices
3 tsp. mustard
butter, salt, pepper



Boil noodles in salted water al dente. Halve or quarter sprouts according to their size. Peel and chop garlic. Heat butter in a pot, add sprouts and fry them about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and simmer briefly. Douse with cream and simmer briefly. Add boiling water and stir in mustard. Fry bacon in a pan crispy.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Season salt and pepper and serve with bacon garnished.
