Wash and quarter the cabbage, remove the stalk and cut
into strips. Peel the potato and cut into large cubes. Bring the soup to
the boil in a large pan, add the cabbage strips and simmer for approx.
30 minutes. Add the potatoes to the stew after approx. 10 minutes of
cooking time and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
Dice the onion. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan and sauté the
diced onion. Add the mince and fry. Then stir into the stew and season
with salt and pepper. |
