1 packet of puff pastry
200 g ham
200 g cheese (grated)
250 ml sour cream
2 leeks
salt, pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dice the ham and cut the leek into rings. Mix both together with sour
cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Spread onto the puff pastry and shape
into a strudel. Bake in the oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
